Coach Mario Erazo offers a Pro player development camp to his top recruits.
PART I
With his vision of helping players reach the next level, Coach Mario has made agreements with Professional clubs in places like Ecuador and Argentina to incorporate these top talents for training and matches.
“The majority of players need to experience the Professional level to measure up their natural abilities against professionals. This experience will open their eyes to what are the things the players must improve” - Coach Mario.
The concept for this program is simple. The most talented players from the International Showcases will be selected to join the Pro Development Camp.
The players will take part in a Professional Club for a minimum of four weeks. If the players adapt well and the club shows interest, the players potentially will stay longer or even sign a professional contract.
